General Conditions
Maintenance tasks will be scheduled and performed quarterly (every 3 months). Clients will be notified in advance of the scheduled maintenance. Clients must provide necessary access to perform the maintenance tasks. Failure to provide access may result in delays or inability to perform scheduled maintenance. Work that exceeds a plan’s hourly allotment will be billed on an hourly basis Email support is included with this plan. If you require phone support, please consider one of our Premium plans. Elevation is not responsible for changes made to client’s website(s) by 3rd parties. Elevation will not repair client’s website(s) that became compromised, hacked, or otherwise defaced or infected prior to subscribing to a plan. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for any remaining period of the subscription.FAQ

Our maintenance plan includes 4 hours of dedicated development time each year, one hour per trimestre, to handle these essential updates efficiently.

Updating WordPress, PHP, or any plugins may cause unexpected issues or conflicts that can affect the functionality of your website, and resolving such issues may require more than the allotted maintenance hours, with any additional hours billed at the discounted hourly rate. It is highly recommended to maintain regular backups and test updates in a staging environment before applying them to the live site. The client is responsible for providing timely access and information needed to perform updates and resolve issues. By opting for our Pro License service, you acknowledge and accept these potential risks and the possibility of incurring additional costs if extended work is required.
