Digital Marketing Account Strategist

Come and join us!Respected digital marketing agency serving the nonprofit sector seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Digital Marketing Account Strategist to develop strategy for and implement cross-channel digital marketing campaigns for nonprofits. A global and diverse team, Elevation serves nonprofits both large and small through a wide range of services including website design and development, marketing strategy, and technical support aimed to bring a wider audience to the causes that matter most. This position would report directly to our Online Marketing team lead and work in close collaboration with our Growth Marketing and Project Management teams. This role is fully remote and requires strategists to plan and implement campaigns across several digital marketing channels. See below for additional responsibilities and requirements.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Creation and implementation of holistic marketing strategies for nonprofit organizations from initial proposition to potential clients to implementation and monitoring to monthly reporting on results
- Report results and strategize upcoming campaigns in meetings with key organization stakeholders
- Strategists must be able to execute basic campaigns and efforts across all service channels and have in-depth knowledge of at least two. Elevation’s marketing services include Google Grant management (paid search); search engine optimization (SEO); paid media on Google Ads (display, shopping, etc.), Meta and LinkedIn; organic social media management; and growth and email marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role
- Expertise with analytical and reporting tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Proven track record of successfully managing strategies or campaigns in at least two of our primary online marketing service areas (see responsibilities)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Up to date with trends and changes in digital marketing (iOS14, changes to Instagram algorithm, GA4 etc.)
- Native or bilingual fluency in English
Preferred but not required:
- Preferred: Experience with nonprofits
- Plus: Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs and 3rd party integrations
- Plus: Experience with e-commerce conversion campaigns in Meta
- Plus: Training as a Data Analyst and/or additional experience with data analysis
